Larry Hegle is a founding Partner at Enterprise Visions. His extensive experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Product Management provides a wide set of solutions for business and government. He brings several years of Public Safety and 911 application experiences to the firm. Prior to Enterprise Visions, Larry was with Qwest Communications for 31 years.
Joel Rivard is a founding Partner at Enterprise Visions. He brings extensive network design and implementation experience to the firm. His expertise includes engineering and design of voice, data, and integrated wide area networks, as well as customer premise equipment such as routers, switches and PBX’s. Prior to Enterprise Visions, Joel was with Qwest Communications for 18 years where he served in various engineering, management, and sales capacities. Joel excels in bringing creative common sense solutions to business problems. He and his wife, Roxanne, have four sons.
Thomas Richard has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 1979. He is a Founding Partner at Enterprise Visions. In Tom’s Career he has worked in network engineering, design, and implementation for several large corporations including Northwestern Bell, Control Data, IFG Information Systems, Dain Rauscher, and Qwest. He has extensive knowledge and brings significant experience in all aspects of network architecture. Tom and his wife Mary have two daughters.
Ron Beltz joined Enterprise Visions in 2009. Ron started a company WorksTel that recently merged with Enterprise Visions to form a company with even more resources available to an established base of customers. He is a former Qwest employee with a background in voice data and merged technologies. He brings a great deal of experience in the industry having worked with many customer with diversified needs. Ron has a daughter and 2 grandchildren.
Danielle has been in telecommunications since 1998. She started her career at US West, which later became Qwest Communications. Danielle has been with Enterprise Visions since 2005. She has worked in both sales and support for small and large business. With her wide array of expertise, she is able to support all types and sizes of businesses. Danielle and her husband, Mike, have two children, a daughter and a son.
Doug is an extremely well rounded telecommunications and IT sales professional. He has over 14 years of experience managing sales and selling IT and networking solutions. He is also very experienced at helping customers find the right solution to meet their particulair needs. Doug is particularily adept at working with all levels within a company. Included in his customer list (past and present) are startup companies as well as Fortune 500 enterprises. He has a long track record of providing excellent customer application solutions while working at Qwest, SunGard Availability Services, MCI, and VeriCenter.
Over the past 12 years, Jim’s experience with major carriers such as AT&T and Qwest Communications has provided customer solutions from Design to Implementation of Services in Managed Voice, Data and Equipment Solutions for K-12 Education, Higher Education, City and County Government and Large Enterprise Business Accounts. Jim is responsible for sales of voice, data and IP services to new and existing Government and Enterprise businesses throughout Northern Minnesota. Jim has his office in Duluth.
Jan has been in the Telephone business for 40 years. During that time, she was an instructor, course developer, and implementation specialist. In addition to strong organizational skills, Jan excels at customer service and getting the service ordered, installed correctly and on time. Jan has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
Jean has 30 years of Qwest support background, marketing, resale/wholesale, and service personnel forecasting. 10 years as a business partner in customer support. Very dedicated to clients' needs and that they are met in a timely manner. "Nobody is happy unless the customer is happy." Jean is married and has one daughter.
